down again

i fail my test, i qurral with my family, qurral with my friend and qurral with my BROTHer. feeling kinda down that y every thing cannot b just fine n peaceful. i am starvin for 3 week liao... is this the reason y every thing is not going right? keep hearing about stress. is it from u god? the symtoms seems to fit. pls guide me on my life... lord~ perade is comming, pls prepare mi lord~
